Report content


If you see content on our online services that you believe is unlawful, please let us know so that we can investigate the matter. Content can be reported to muenchen_app_kontakt@swm.de. Content may be unlawful, for example, if it violates applicable laws, the rights of third parties or the General Terms and Conditions. This applies to all types of content published via our services, including offers.

As soon as we receive your report, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will then review your report and make a decision in accordance with applicable laws, the provisions of our Terms and Conditions and our policies.

We may forward the content of your report and the information contained therein to the user who published the reported content. We will only disclose your identity if this is absolutely necessary.

When submitting a report, you must act in good faith and ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Please note that we have the right and are legally obliged not to pursue reports from users and third parties who abuse the reporting process and repeatedly submit obviously unfounded reports.
